Little Dragons (3-6)

The Little Red Dragons program was developed specifically for preschool age children ages 3 through 6.

This program offers children a strong foundation in essential character qualities such as courtesy, respect and discipline.

Dragons (6-8)

Our students learn the qualities of respect and cooperation by learning how to enjoy friendly competition and spirited exercise.

Many parents report a noticeable difference in their children's performance in school because of the self-discipline and focus they learn in their Tae Kwon Do Classes.

Junior Dragons (8-13)

Self-Defense: TAE KWON DO teaches two forms of self-defense.

One is physical – you will improve your strength, flexibility, and overall health.

Additionally, you will learn to strike with tremendous power and effectiveness.

Hopefully, you will never need to fight, but should the occasion arise, shouldn’t everyone know how to protect themselves?
